Become A DJ at WFNM, Sign Ups Are This Week

  • images-studentorganizations-wfnm-wfnm-jpg

Friends,

Do you have a secret love for show tunes? For midwestern polka or post-apartheid power pop? For sports talk or 70s synth-punk? Do you ever feel the need to recite sonnets to an anonymous public because, well, there are not enough sonnets in the world? Well, here is your chance to become an acoustic medium.

WFNM, our very own, will be having DJ sign-ups this Wednesday, Jan 22, and Thursday, Jan 23, at 7 p.m. in the Ware Great Room. Please stop by to claim your show time for this semester.

WFNM is a precious part of the Franklin & Marshall community. At 89.1 on the FM dial (and streaming at wfnm.org), WFNM is one of the few remaining independent radio stations left standing in our world of commodified sound. It is also a space where students, faculty, and professional staff come together to contribute to the diversity of our airwaves.

Best,

John
(co-host, solid side vinyl, thursday nights, 9-11 p.m.)
