No matter your goals — whether you’re securing your first job, applying to graduate school, or contemplating a career change — alumni advisers are available for you.
Career and Professional Development Advising
Are you searching for a new role, applying for a promotion, or perhaps considering a career change? Our alumni advisers will support your career and professional development by teaching strategies, sharing insights, providing opportunities to practice skills, making recommendations, and helping develop customized plans for reaching your goals.
The True Blue Network
When you graduated from F&M, you joined a powerful network of nearly 30,000 successful alumni. Many of these alumni are part of the True Blue Network, a career network platform exclusive to the F&M community. This impactful resource connects you with fellow alumni and also houses career opportunities, a resource library, archived webinars, interest and affinity groups, and discussion boards.

Mentor Spotlight
“Mentoring has been an excellent way for me to give back.”
Google software engineer Horace Facey ’19 enjoys sharing career wisdom with current

I decided to share what I learned with others through mentoring. Mentoring has been
an excellent way for me to give back and help others navigate the same process.”
