Ashley C FryDirector of Career Development

A native Lancastrian, Ashley graduated salutatorian from Hempfield High School before continuing her education at the University of Delaware. There she earned her B.S. in Statistics and M.A. in Counseling in Higher Education. After graduate school, Ashley worked in the Philadelphia area as an Academic Advisor for undeclared students at Gwynedd Mercy University. She also taught first year seminar and service learning courses at Gwynedd.

Since joining the F&M community in 2016, Ashley has worked in the Office of Student and Post-Graduate Development. She advised students in Brooks and Roschel (formerly New) College Houses as a Student Development Adviser until late 2021 at which time she transitioned to Director of Career Development. As Director of Career Development, Ashley manages holistic and developmental advisement and programmatic support services for F&M students and graduates, in addition to leading a number of other strategic projects and initiatives within OSPGD.
