True Blue Weekend FAQ

FAQ

Where can I register?

Attendees may register for True Blue Weekend by viewing the full schedule and registering for the events and activities they wish to attend. You can also view all registration opportunities by visiting our registration landing page.

Where can I find the True Blue Weekend Schedule?

The schedule is available on the True Blue Weekend website beginning in early June and will be continuously updated leading up to True Blue Weekend. Each year, approximately 80 to 100 events take place for alumni and families. While schedules are available at the registration table for campus visitors, the most up-to-date schedule will always be found on the True Blue Weekend website.

Where should I park for True Blue Weekend?

Guests arriving for True Blue Weekend and picking up registration materials may utilize 15-minute parking spaces in the Samuel N. and Dena M. Lombardo Welcome Center lot.

General parking is available on Liberty Street, in the lots at Liberty St. & Armstrong Blvd.; the parking lot across from the Joseph International Center; and by utilizing free street parking adjacent to the College.

As a reminder, parking behind College Row and the Harrisburg Ave. businesses is reserved for College Row residents only. Signage will indicate this lot is unavailable for guest parking.

Accessible / ADA parking is available in both the Lombardo Welcome Center and Williamson Parking Lots. ADA parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How are True Blue Weekend dates determined?

  • Fall is a busy time on F&M’s campus; when selecting a date for True Blue Weekend, College staff look at the academic calendar, athletic schedules, College ceremonies and events and more in an attempt to find times that work for the majority of our alumni and parent audiences.

  • F&M is mindful that Rosh Hashanah concludes at sundown on Friday, October 4. Several major True Blue Weekend activities have been moved from Friday to Saturday. There will be special opportunities for our Jewish community to come together on campus to commemorate the holiday and to enjoy Shabbat that evening.

This is my reunion anniversary year; how can I get involved with events for my reunion class?

This October, F&M will celebrate reunion anniversaries for classes ending in 4 and 9. Join fellow Reunion Partners and connect with friends and classmates to help plan your reunion celebration. To learn more about serving as a reunion volunteer, contact Alumni Relations at alumni@fandm.edu.

ALMA MATER

We hail thee, Alma Mater, our gallant
White and Blue,
With one accord, in deed and word, as sons and
daughters true;
We honor thy traditions, and those who’ve
gone before,
In weal or woe, to thee shall flow, our hearts
forever more.
We love each hall and building, thy campus
stretching long,
Thy tow’r and bell, with solemn knell, that call
to work and song;
We’ll give the world our service, but ever like
a gem,
Our hearts shall hold, a love untold, for dear
old F&M.

Together, as a community, we build upon F&M’s outstanding reputation and inspire others to join us in shaping a better future.

We are #DiplomatsForever.

To Our True Blue Weekend Attendees: As you walk around campus, we invite you to experience the many ways we show our tremendous pride for so many distinguished and accomplished Diplomats.
